What does EBEC mean to you?
EBEC was the first event I saw in BEST and since that time it became my passion and adoration. This was the project which always moved me further: to learn and experience something new, to become better, to meet people. But the most important thing in all of this is to see participants with shining eyes, which are able to accept challenges and show how great they are as engineers. EBEC is an amazing possibility for students to test their skills, to apply their knowledge into practice, to perform their abilities, to meet new people and build their network. It can completely turn round their interests, hobbies, and goals as it once did for me.
When you look back at event, what are you most proud of?
I am proud of a great atmosphere created for participants to find themselves, to show their abilities and to create their future.
How did organizing EBEC Final helped your personal development?
I became more stress resistant and learned how to deal with difficult situations, learned how to listen to people’s opinion, accept it and use it in the best possible way.
What is the most important thing you learned during the organization of EBEC Final?
While preparing EBEC Final I learnt a lot about communication: with organisers, with Topic Group, with companies. The event showed me that exactly communication changes a lot: your teammates become your great friends, you can feel comfortable with company representatives and increase your network, you can learn many things from talking with other people.
