EBEC Project Coordinator 2016 (interim)

What does EBEC mean to you?

For me, EBEC means empowerment. It means the opportunity of getting to work with people from different countries, with different backgrounds, cultures and values that gather for the unique purpose of giving students from all over Europe the opportunity to prove themselves in an international context.

When you look back at event, what are you most proud of?

I believe that few people are present at just one EBEC event. Looking back at all EBECs I’ve attended I can say that it is very gratifying when you take part in the organising of a series of events, made and attended from students, and you are able to provide a meaningful content that has a good impact to the lives of these future engineers that have the chance to participate.

How did organizing EBEC Final helped your personal development?

Perhaps due to to my role in EBEC, it’s easier to evaluate it as a whole year of work on a project, comprised of more than 100 events. EBEC has taught me resilience, patience and that communication is a tricky thing.

What is the most important thing you learned during the organization of EBEC Final?

This one is simple, the fact that EBEC is a powerful project.
