Local Design responsible
What does EBEC mean to you?
For me, EBEC is one of the biggest opportunities in BEST when it comes to trying new things and making them visible for quite a lot of people around Europe. It allows all three of our stakeholders to meet; We have a different way of communication with the universities, a different one with the partners that come to support us, and of course, a different one with the participants themselves. It’s an event where everyone can find that one thing that can develop them as a person.
When you look back at event, what are you most proud of?
I am proud of the people from Brno, all the international organisers and how much effort, time and money they invested in this event. Honestly, the result was one the most satisfying things that one can witness when working on a project for more than a year.
How did organizing EBEC Final helped your personal development?
As a Design responsible, I was not only designing, but also coordinating the greater part of the visual aspect for EBEC Final. I believe it helped me strengthen my leadership and art directing skills.
What is the most important thing you learned during the organization of EBEC Final?
I learned that if you are teamed up with the right people along with great leaders, you can achieve really amazing and grandiose things, even by just volunteering.
